2. Before And After Meal :- Whenever you are going to take a meal either it is LUNCH or DINNER make sure that you  are drinking a glass of water one hour before meal . After having your lunch or dinner ,  make sure that you will  drink water one hour  after your meal.  Because  drinking water just before and after your meal may lead you to gastric problems and indigestion  of your food.
